Klove’s account settings let you control everything from your profile and password to brand configuration, team access, and billing. This page covers each settings area and what you can change there.
All paid Klove plans include unlimited users at no extra cost. You can invite as many teammates, stakeholders, or agency collaborators as you need without affecting your plan price.

Profile settings

Your profile covers the personal details tied to your Klove login. To update your profile:
  1. Click your avatar or initials in the top-right corner of the Klove dashboard.
  2. Select Account Settings.
  3. Under the Profile tab, update your name, email address, or password.
  4. Click Save changes.
Changing your email address triggers a verification email to the new address. Your old address remains active until you confirm the change. Changing your password requires you to enter your current password first. If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot password link on the login screen instead.

Brand settings

Brand settings tell Klove what to look for when monitoring AI responses. Getting these right ensures your visibility data is accurate and complete. Navigate to Settings → Brand to configure the following:

Brand name

Enter your primary brand name exactly as it most commonly appears — for example, Acme or Acme CRM. This is the primary string Klove uses to detect mentions in AI-generated answers.

Domain

Enter your root domain (for example, acme.com). Klove uses this to identify when AI platforms cite your website as a source.

Brand name variations (aliases)

AI assistants often refer to brands inconsistently — using abbreviations, different capitalisations, or dropping or adding legal suffixes like Ltd, Inc, or Corp. If Klove only tracks your primary brand name, mentions under other forms will be missed and your share-of-voice data will appear artificially low. Add every known variation of your brand name to the Brand Name Variations field. For example, if your primary name is Acme Corporation, you might also add:
  • Acme Corp
  • Acme
  • ACME
  • acme.com
Klove will count all of these as mentions of your brand when they appear in monitored AI responses.
After adding aliases, scroll through a week of raw prompt results in your Prompt Monitoring dashboard. Look for any name forms that are not yet captured as variations and add them.

Team members

All paid Klove plans include unlimited users. There are no per-seat charges.

Inviting a team member

1

Open team settings

Go to Settings → Team.
2

Click Invite member

Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
3

Set their role

Choose between Admin (full settings access) and Member (view and use the platform, but cannot change billing or team settings).
4

Send the invitation

Click Send invite. The recipient will receive an email prompting them to create their account or log in.

Removing a team member

Go to Settings → Team, find the member you want to remove, and click Remove. Their access is revoked immediately.

Subscription management

Upgrading your plan

Go to Settings → Billing and click Change plan. Select the plan you want to upgrade to, confirm the billing cycle (monthly or annual), and complete the payment step. Your new limits take effect immediately.

Downgrading your plan

Downgrade requests take effect at the end of your current billing period. Go to Settings → Billing → Change plan, select the lower plan, and confirm. You will retain access to your current plan’s features until the period ends.

Cancelling your subscription

Go to Settings → Billing and click Manage billing to open the billing portal. From there you can cancel your subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not lose access immediately.
Cancelling your plan removes access to Prompt Monitoring, Agentic Pages, and Agent Flows at the end of your billing period. Your historical data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted.

Updating payment details

Click Manage billing in Settings → Billing to open the billing portal where you can update your card or payment method.

Notifications

Klove can alert you when significant changes happen to your AI visibility. Go to Settings → Notifications to configure:
  • Visibility score changes — get notified when your score moves by more than a defined threshold.
  • New competitor mentions — alert when a tracked competitor is newly cited in a prompt you monitor.
  • Agent Flow completions — receive a summary when an automated workflow finishes running.
  • Weekly digest — a summary email of your visibility performance over the past seven days.
You can configure notifications per workspace if you manage more than one brand.
